THIS IS FUCKING STUPID BECAUSE:
YOU HAVE TO HAVE MAGIC TO JOIN HOGWARTS
YOU HAVE TO BE A GENIUS AND INTO SCIENCE TO GET INTO STARFLEET
THE BORG DON’T GIVE A SHIT.

possibly true,
BUT
if I had to pick a mythical educational path to follow it’d definitely be Starfleet.

Would you rather:
Be at a boarding school where you get to learn magic which actually isnt that amazing, just lets you do like 5 cool things.
Join the fleet of a utopian intergalactic republic where you can do a million more cool things than some wizard with technology, and get to explore the final frontier, and have sex with sweet alien girls.

YES

1. Magic has endless capabilities. While the institutional educational system known as Hogwarts has limitations, it acts as a foundation for a life full of learning the limits of the magical world.
2. Magic is organic and fluid, its not a machine created out of the exploitation of the earth or other planets. Magic isn’t property and we all know that the idea of property is destructive.
3. Magic focuses on the potential of oneself instead of having faith on an external force. Why let a machine do something for you when you can do it yourself with magic? The magical choice is obviously the DIY choice.

This whole argument is stupid because the obvious choice is to become a Jedi.
