Portland friends. Nothing but fun tonight.
I need a bar in Portland to give me a cold beer. Suggestions? I just need to kill 2 hours until Branx opens up and I can visit Conrad.
Seriously. How fucking good is this song? It doesn’t even makes sense to me.
So for Christmas. I got my girlfriend the Kaveri boot by Neuaura. They fit her perfectly (always good to know what brands are size accurate) as an 8 1/2. And to me, they look like boots that will last years instead of months. The snap buckle looks sturdy when they could have easily skimped. The link to the boot is to MooShoes.com which is an awesome all vegan website for footwear and accessories. So if you haven’t checked them out, it’s definitely worth stopping by. Hope you have a good holiday.
You should check out my good friend Ahron’s blog. You’ll find anything from clothing, arts, music, and biking there. Oh, and siqq wolf t-shirts.

My girlfriend got me the new Velocity B43 rim for Christmas. Needless to say, I’m pretty fucking stoked. So far it’s been a solid wheel proving to be ultimately stiff, responsive, and overall: surly. No complaints here. I got it with an All-City hub and an Soma Everwear tire. And it’s been the perfect front end addition to my current FBM Sword setup.
This whole argument is stupid because the obvious choice is to become a Jedi.(via shampoo-suicide)
THIS IS FUCKING STUPID BECAUSE:
- YOU HAVE TO HAVE MAGIC TO JOIN HOGWARTS
- YOU HAVE TO BE A GENIUS AND INTO SCIENCE TO GET INTO STARFLEET
- THE BORG DON’T GIVE A SHIT.
possibly true,
BUT
if I had to pick a mythical educational path to follow it’d definitely be Starfleet.
Would you rather:
- Be at a boarding school where you get to learn magic which actually isnt that amazing, just lets you do like 5 cool things.
- Join the fleet of a utopian intergalactic republic where you can do a million more cool things than some wizard with technology, and get to explore the final frontier, and have sex with sweet alien girls.
YES
1. Magic has endless capabilities. While the institutional educational system known as Hogwarts has limitations, it acts as a foundation for a life full of learning the limits of the magical world.
2. Magic is organic and fluid, its not a machine created out of the exploitation of the earth or other planets. Magic isn’t property and we all know that the idea of property is destructive.
3. Magic focuses on the potential of oneself instead of having faith on an external force. Why let a machine do something for you when you can do it yourself with magic? The magical choice is obviously the DIY choice.
